THE MARBLE VANITY

You might vaguely remember forever ago we made a post talking about a new Chicago band of the name The Marble Vanity. If you remember that, then you’ll probably also recall how excited we were about them. That excitement has only been building, and after finally being able to hear some of their material – we’re glad to share it so that you might be able to get this stoked. Get on our level. They have a debut 7″ coming out at the end of the month [Jan.31] from Slow Fizz and you can hear it below. Total baroque-pop jams in the vein of Arthur Lee and LOVE. Who can’t get behind that? As a refresher – the band features Bill & Lisa of Cococomas fame, Andrew Anderson of The Hipshakes, and Emma of Hollows. Hopefully we’ll be bringing you some more Marble Vanity real soon.
