THE MARBLE VANITY

Ok, we’re just gonna go ahead and get on the hype-tip right now and talk about a band that we’ve [1] never heard [2] never seen [3] know pretty much nothing about. The Marble Vanity is a brand new band out of Chicago featuring a couple Cococomas, Andrew Anderson of The Hipshakes, and Emma Hospelhorn. Gotta assume they’ll be popping out jams left and right in no time. We’ve heard word that they’ll be contributing to a Kinks tribute compilation courtesy of the guys at Neotomic Records [more on that later though] According to the tracklisting, they’ll be covering one of our favorite Kinks jams. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for more to come from The Marble Vanity.
