Anybody else feel like the weeks are going by a lot faster already? We don’t know what the deal is, but it seems like the days are just flying by now [I mean, we’re only 15 days away from Ty Segall and Next Big Nashville. CORAL GIRLS

We’re nine days deep into September and I don’t think we’ve mentioned Jacuzzi Boys once. Let’s fix that. The Miami bad boys just wrapped up recording a new split 7″ with Nobunny [You know, they did one of those whole VICE/Scion series things. We are personally pretty big fans of the series, not so much the artwork, because we’ve gotten free singles from Black Lips, Pierced Arrows, The Dirtbombs, Davila 666, The Spits, Bad Sports, Cheap Time, and Dan Melchior —– be on the lookout for this JBoys/Nobunz split and the Hunx/Kid Congo split] Anyways, the new track is available for streaming at the band’s myspace. As usual, it’s a winner.

The J-Boys aren’t on tour or anything for the next little while — but, uh, keep your eyes out.

YOU'LL GET MOOSHED

We should probably mention that there’s lots of profanity. And some pretty sick man-boobs. But even sicker mosh. Thanks Wild Steve.

GIMME GIMME GIMME GIMME RADIO DAZE

The dream creamers have been out on tour for about a month now [with a little pit-stop in Nashville for that little party] so we’re missing their sweet little voices lately. Lucky for us, our buddies over at East Village Radio can sense our pangs and provided us with a nice little live radio sesh this morning. Heavy Cream played a couple tracks off of Danny and talked some about the recent tour with Edan at Death By Audio. Annnnnnd we ripped them for you! The nicest = us. It’s not the highest quality or anything, but suck it. Check them out below…

Heavy Cream – Lava Lamp [mp3]
Heavy Cream – Interview [mp3]
Heavy Cream – Summer Bummer [mp3]
Heavy Cream – Upchuck [mp3]

The bebes are back a little later this week and playing a show next Tuesday with Harlem, Girls in the Eighties, and D. Watusi [THE DEBUT OF D. WATUSI] And, if you haven’t already…. here.

Gonna be a killer week — we can feel it in our bones. NEVER SURRENDER FOREVER [IN PICS]

Ok so it’s Bruce Springsteen and then Juiceboxxx, got it? Good. Juiceboy is the best live show we’ve ever seen and he came through a little bit ago to work on some stuff with the Big Boyz [we can’t wait to hear it] But to celebrate his coming to town, we had a little show with him and JEFF and a new band called Just Buddyz [They no good — trust us. The pictures might make them look like a real band, but believe you-me, they’re not] It was a sick show — JEFF played pretty much only new stuff from their upcoming album [which is looking like it’ll be early ‘011 for that one] Oh and Bekah Cope was there to take pictures. And she got a new camera. Aww hell yeah…
