HEY FRIENDLIES the shows are springing up (get it? haH) and you’ve had all winter to hibernate, store up energy and acorns and now it’s time to get out there. The week starts strong today with Teddy and the Rough Riders and Ornament playing at drkmttr as well as a rare appearance from Cannomen at Exit/In. Tuesday is one of those very difficult days to pick a plan — we’ve got JEFF at Mercy, Shannon and the Clams in town at Exit, a stacked bill at Queen Ave then Band of Poets at Idle Hour. THEN, another packed time on Friday with a 5:30pm in-store followed by a 7pm early show at Third Man for Golden Pelicans AND AFTER Tan‘s “Musik City” LP release at Foobar to cap the night off. Whew!
