WOODS – BEND BEYOND
September is always a great month for new records – this September is no different since we’re getting new offerings from Thee Oh Sees, Sic Alps, Turbo Fruits, Natural Child, Trin Tran, Christmas Island, D. Watusi, and Woods [plus a whole lot more] We got our first taste of Woods’ new record – Bend Beyond – last week when they premiered the video for “Cali In A Cup” – which you can watch right down there. It’s a pretty video chock-full of feel goodery. The track’s also been released as a 7″ single with an exclusive non-album B-side. Since then, the new album has been posted up on SPIN where you can stream the entire thing. It’s a great listen as we’re on this bridge from Summer to Fall. Woods will be hitting the road to support the new Woodsist release and it’s bringing them to Nashville later this month [September 27th] to play at Mercy Lounge with The Walkmen.
