It’s definitely been a little while since we were lucky enough to get a visit from our MI$$I$$IPPI brothers – Bass Drum of Death – but in a couple weeks we’ll be able to get our fill when they hit The End. They’re doing a shorter Southern US tour that stretches from Louisiana to Missouri to the great Nashville Country [check out all the dates right here] After releasing GB City last year from Fat Possum [originally on Inflated, we know] the guys have changed things a bit lineup-wise – adding a bass player and we think they had a second guitarist for a little while. Not sure exactly which bag they’ll be bringing when they hit Nashy – but we’re sure it’ll be good. And for all you baseball video game nerds out there — you may have noticed in the preview for the upcoming MLB 2k12 game there’s a BDoD track… Check it….
