If you checked out the RUNDOWN down there, you probably saw that our favorites JEFF will be hitting the Murf on Friday night at The Walnut House. We’ll be long gone in Austin, but we highly suggest that everyone get down there to check them out. They’ll be holding a nice Q&A sesh before the show to talk about records and running a label and you could probably ask questions about other things too [like when will we ever get Castle Storm LP!? ] So get there early around 7:30. This is probably one of the last times you’ll be able to catch the Bogus Bros in the midstate area this year. They’re heading on over to Europe for a bit later this month, then hitting Hawaii for a minute in December, and they’ve just announced a slew of dates with The Kills that stretch from January into February of 2012. There’s a nice little gap in there right around the New Year’s time — so keep your fingers crossed for some Nashy love.
