Next Sunday [Sept. 26] brings to town one of our heros: Mr. Ian Svenonius. He’s bringing along the rag-tag Chain & the Gang for a show at Little Hamilton that’s sure to be a rager. Really though. Check out that video down there from Rob Downs [We don’t know Rob, but he seems like a great Atlanta guy and we love his videos and his blog]. It’s such a treat to have Ian come to town and play somewhere like Little Hamilton. He hosts a super rad show on VBS called Soft Focus, and interviews the likes of Stephen Malkmus, Steve Albini, Ian MacKaye, Jello Biafra, etc. Oh, and he was in some other bands [The Make-Up, Weird War, Nation of Ulysses, David Candy] So yeah we are really psyched for him and his buddies to roll through.
