We love us some Mikal Cronin. That’s for sure. He’s one of the hardest working dudes out on the West Coast and last week it was announced that he has a brand new solo LP coming later this year from our buddies at Trouble In Mind. We couldn’t be more stoked about that since the Moonhearts record that came out last year was one of our favorites [You can still snag that from Tic Tac Totally] He’s previously released one solo single with Goodbye Boozy that’s relatively hard to find now, and a couple collaborative releases with Ty Segall that are definitely worth looking into [they also put out the best video ever last year, check it out after the click] We also happened across a pretty great interview with Mikal that you can read here. He talks about a bunch of stuff like living in California and how Moonhearts came to be and blah blah blah.
