The other day our friends over at HoZac unleashed an onslaught of new releases that have us brimming. New full lengths from the midwest kings, Puffy Areolas, and French poppers, The Liminanas, are definitely the highlights in this go-round for us. Puffy’s latest 1982: Dishonorable Discharge picks up where In The Army 1981 left off. A brutal offering of sophisticated noise crafted in the way only the Areolas could. Crystal Anis has us watching the Lims continue on with their chuggy French pop and we’re thinking this will definitely be a top record for lots of people around here.
