The One and Only OBN IIIs

So OBN IIIs have been on a total onslaught since a little before SXSW-time. They’ve released a couple singles on Tic Tac Totally [both of which are favorites around the Deadquarters] and their LP, The One and Only, was one of the most solid albums we heard all year [thanks for that one too, Tic Tac] Just last month they graced the cover of Maximum Rock & Roll and now we’ve caught word from our buddies at Matador Records that they’ll be taking part in their brand new singles subscription series. The series, Singles Going Home Alone, is offering up six different 45s over the course of the 2012 year starting off with a Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks/L.A. Guns split [seriously, fuck yeahhh] Then they’ll dish out a brand new OBN III’s single in mid-March, and one from The Men in late-May. You can sign up for the series right here.
