Our Memphis buds, Bake Sale, are in town today playing a couple shows to celebrate the release of their new single on Grand Palace Records. The first one is over at Grimey’s at in-store o’clock [6:00PM] and as always, it’s free and all ages. The second show they’re playing is just a hop skip away to a new house space called Thee Yarde. From what we can tell, they’ll be putting on outdoor afternoon shows. Sounds like just the thing we could use this Summer. We’re not gonna post an addy, but ask around or email us and we’ll dish. They’ll be playing alongside Cy Barkley & The Way Outsiders [who also have a fresh single on the racks] Kruxe [fellow Memphanites] and Mom & Dad [your real mom and dad] and the $5 cover gets you in along with a copy of the new single. Sick. And then after that, it’s off to Dino’s for Hate Life Thursday. God, we love Summer. If you can’t make it out to the shows today, you can still order the single right here.
