We came across this yesterday though and got super stoked: Stones Throw is releasing a record of Dam Funk tracks that were recorded from 1988-1992 called Adolescent Funk. Looks like we’re gonna have our party playlists reeking of electro-funk this Fall [especially since everyone’s in that whole 90s-revivalist period right now] If any of you know where we can get some tuxes and some girlfriends like that — let us know. The track below and “It’s My Life” were released earlier this year on a 7″ from Circle Star Records. Scoopy
