GG KING
GG King, former Carboner and obvious name reference to Dee Dee King, has been spewing rock and roll all over Atlanta for the last while; putting out a couple of 7″s and a demo cassette [Thanks Rob’s House and Douchemaster, we can always count on you guys] If you were into Carbonas… sorry, we didn’t mean to say that… You were into Carbonas. And, if you’re not already, you will be into GG King. He’s definitely a staple in the Atlanta scene; playing alongside bands like Cheap Time, Jay Reatard, Predator, All Night Drug Prowling Wolves, etc. And recording/playing with some of those Gentlemen Jesse and Predator boys. We were hoping he’d hit Nashville on the 16th with School Jerks, but seems like he won’t be hopping on that tour until the weekend after. Bummer.
